PTO G3 MODELS - ORCHARD SPRAYERS

Offered in 500, 600, & 1,000 gallon tank formates and 34", 36", & 38" fan housing assemblies, the G3 model line inbodies the " build your own sprayer" concept, allowing the end user to put together the perfect sprayer for his or her paticular crop.  Big performance and quality built products have always followed the Air-O-Fan name and the G3 model line is no different yet the price is something to smile at.  The G3 is known for its superb performance at spraying large, dense foliage trees, is highly acclaimed around the country for its ability to achieve through coverage, controllable air distribution, quality, and simplicity. Growers proclaim best uniform spray pattern and powerful air blast, both speed and volume over any other PTO drive sprayer available. Adjustable air vanes enhance the ability to apply air and material to variable tree heights ultimately reducing the high cost of chemicals and reducing drift at the same time. The G3 model now has several new options available. For narrow row plantings we offer the indented tank option. The indented tank model measures only 60" wide, to the outside of the tires. Our 2-Point turning hitch is simple, and robust in design, it has very few moving components and is simple to hook up to your tractors lift arms. The 2-Point allows the operator to make tight turns by providing perfect tracking behind your tractor while reducing PTO clatter. Your other option is our DK turning hitch, which is ideal for narrow, hilly, steep terrain with the added benefit of utilizing a standard U-joint PTO shaft.  The DK hitch splits your tractors draw bar pivot point equally with the pivot point at the front deck of the sprayer by means of a radius rod and our turning plate mount.  This design is tried and true with 50 years field experience, proven to give better control in adverse terrain than any other with the added benefit of less service cost down the road.  If you have a high horsepower tractor, (90 H.P. plus, at the PTO) we offer a 38" diameter axial flow steel fan. The G3-538 takes a lot of power, but if you've got the horses this model really has some air. The G3-538 has proven itself to be a viable asset in both walnuts and pecans but if you feel you need more concentrated air you can look to our high tree single sided volute option for an added boost.
